Problems Encountered by School Managers in Supplying School Allowances and Expense Areas

The main purpose of this study is to collect information and develop suggestions about the problems faced by school administrators in supplying resources spending areas their allowances. group consisted a total 20 administrators, 5 which are kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools high working public central Haliliye, Eyyübiye Karaköprü districts Şanlıurfa province, selected stratified sampling method. was conducted with qualitative research method, data were collected preparing "Semi-Structured Interview Form." analysed content analysis In conducted; it has been concluded that amount allowance allocated does not meet expenses, lack sufficient financial support reduces quality education, supply expected from addition duties, income obtained School Family Associations differs according regions, incompatible equality opportunity. Suggestions have made such as increasing share education general budget, granting allowances number students, removing aids parents.
